The craft
Selected for the fineness of its fibres, cashmere offers a unique balance of softness, lightness and warmth. Knitted in 2-ply, it reveals a fine, supple and particularly pleasant knit to wear, while maintaining a beautiful structure.
The high funnel neck is worked with precision to ensure a consistent construction and an impeccable neckline. The metal zip is integrated directly into the construction of the style with particular attention paid to its alignment and positioning. Its leather pull adds a refined finishing touch and ensures smooth operation while underscoring the premium character of the style.

The First collection
The TOULON belongs to our First collection, a selection of styles crafted in limited series from surplus new cashmere yarns, carefully sourced from specialist Nepalese spinning mills.
Since 2005, we have worked with our partners in Nepal, a country renowned for its ancestral expertise in the working of cashmere and precious fibres.
We thus purchase very small quantities of yarn, too limited to be used by manufacturers working at scale, but perfectly suited to our expertise in handmade, small-batch production.
These materials are crafted in our workshop in Nepal, where each piece is handmade, to the same exacting standards of construction, finishing and quality control as the rest of our collections.
This approach allows us to give value to existing yarns that might otherwise have remained unused, whilst offering cashmere creations at particularly accessible prices.
This is what we at Mahogany call premium recycling: giving a new purpose to new, already available materials, by transforming them by hand into exclusive creations produced in small quantities.
