To select the size of your item (jumper, cardigan, dress, coat, etc.), lay a similar item from your wardrobe flat and measure it carefully. Then compare these measurements with our size guide.

• The measurement A is the total length of the jumper; it should be measured flat from top to bottom, including the collar.
• The measurement B is the sleeve length. It is provided for reference only, and you do not need to measure it yourself, as the sleeve length depends on how the jumper is constructed.
• The measurement C which is the chest measurement, is the key one. It is taken from the left underarm seam to the right underarm seam.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.

Hand wash or machine wash on a special wool or delicate cycle, cold water recommended or 20°C maximum. Do not rub or wring. Dry naturally without spinning (or 400 rpm), flat and away from any heat source.
