The craftsmanship
The Premium collection is crafted from a cashmere of exceptional quality, meeting the standards of the world's finest houses. The fibres, with a fineness of between 13 and 14 microns, come exclusively from the first combing of young cashmere goats. They rank among the finest in the world, offering an incomparable softness. By way of comparison, a high-end cashmere typically measures 15.5 microns, while a standard cashmere falls between 16.5 and 17 microns.
These young goats produce only approximately 30 grams of down per year, compared with 100 to 200 grams for an adult goat, making this material an extremely rare resource, available in only a few dozen tonnes worldwide. The average fibre length of approximately 36 mm helps naturally limit the appearance of pilling and guarantees excellent durability over time. Only so-called extra white down is selected, so that colours are rendered with perfect fidelity, without recourse to bleaching agents that could alter the natural qualities of the fibre.
Each piece is crafted to the highest standards of the House: careful knitting, hand-finished details and individual quality control. The result is a sweater of exceptional softness, destined for the most discerning connoisseurs, whose quality approaches that of pieces offered at around £700 to £800 by the world's leading luxury brands.
