Description

The CERISE snood captivates with its airy ribbed knit and contemporary volume. Knitted in 100% 2-ply cashmere, it features an open-gauge stitch that lends it lightness, suppleness and softness. A true tube scarf, it can be worn in multiple ways to complement any silhouette with comfort and elegance.

Product details

  • Composition: 100% cashmere
  • Weight: 2-ply
  • Construction: knitted
  • Technique: open-gauge ribbed stitch
  • Dimensions: height 60 cm × width 28 cm
  • Style: unisex, contemporary and versatile

A snood with endless ways to wear it

The CERISE can be worn around the neck, as a polo neck, or pulled up over the head like a balaclava. Its tube silhouette and supple knit make it easy to vary styles while retaining a feeling of comfort and lightness.

An airy ribbed knit

The open-gauge stitch, intentionally more open than a classic knit, adds volume while reducing the weight of the piece.

Its ribbed construction structures the knit and adds texture to the piece, while the open-gauge technique enhances the natural softness of cashmere and gives it a supple, airy drape.

The craftsmanship

Knitted in 100% 2-ply cashmere, the CERISE benefits from the open-gauge technique, which uses larger needles to achieve a more open, lighter stitch.

This construction creates generous volume without weighing the piece down, and fully reveals the softness and suppleness of cashmere.

A contemporary essential

With its open-gauge ribbed knit, tube silhouette and multiple wearing possibilities, the CERISE reimagines the snood in a modern, effortlessly wearable version.

A soft, lightweight and versatile accessory, designed to accompany cool days with elegance.

Care

Cashmere is a natural fibre that benefits from regular care. Contrary to popular belief, cashmere loves water: regular, appropriate washing helps preserve its softness, suppleness and the beauty of its knit over time.

Washing

  • Choose machine washing, on a wool or delicates. Hand washing remains recommended for the finest or most delicate pieces.
  • Place your garment in our laundry bag to protect it from friction against the drum.
  • Use a small amount of special wool detergent or our Shampoo, without fabric softener.
  • Wash at 30°C maximum.
  • Never rub or wring the knitwear.
  • For machine washing, choose a gentle spin cycle: 600 rpm maximum.

Drying

  • As soon as washing is complete, gently reshape your garment.
  • Allow it to dry flat on a terry towel, away from all heat sources and direct light.
  • Never use a tumble dryer.
  • Do not hang your cashmere on a hanger: the weight of the damp knitwear could distort it.

Ironing & storage

  • If necessary, gently iron your cashmere inside out, using the wool, avoiding the ribbed edges.
  • Once completely dry, store it away carefully folded, ideally in a protective cover.
  • Avoid hangers, which can distort the knitwear and shoulders.

Cashmere loves water

Regular, appropriate care helps your cashmere retain over time its softness, drape and the beauty of its knit.
